Roughly five years building production software, four of them at WinIt, a legal-technology company handling parking and traffic ticket disputes. There he built and automated the core of the operation: the full dispute pipeline from live intake through to final outcome, and the payment infrastructure behind it covering subscriptions, payment plans, and chargebacks. He automated the CRM end to end and led the UI/UX redesign.
Since founding Creative Society Studios he has built systems for engineering firms, mortgage brokers, and home-services companies, with ongoing work in the engineering sector. He has also worked on SAGE integration in the promotional products industry, scoping middleware to connect SAGE product data with Shopify for ConceptPlus.
