The problem
Independent and team-based Canadian mortgage brokers live in email and Drive/OneDrive, juggle dozens of open deals, and lose hours every week renaming, filing, chasing docs, and rebuilding context before they can actually advise clients. Brokers already have the tools — mail, cloud storage, application software. What's missing is the connective tissue: knowing what arrived, who it belongs to, where it should live, and what still needs attention.
What we built
Zero2File sits in that gap. It watches the channels brokers already use, brings order to client paperwork and correspondence, and keeps each deal's story in one place so the team isn't hunting through threads and folders to figure out what's next — arrive → understand → file → act.
Automation & intelligence
An AI-assisted operations platform that connects a broker's email, document storage, and mortgage application tools so client files move from "something landed in the inbox" to "organized, trackable, ready to work" without the manual shuffle. Integrated with Finmo via the Lendesk API so deal workflows stay connected to the system of record.
Business impact
Mortgage ops is high-stakes, high-volume, and stuck in tools that don't talk to each other. Zero2File is a production system for that reality: multi-tenant, privacy-conscious (including careful handling of sensitive identifiers), and built around how Canadian brokers actually work — not a generic "AI inbox" demo.
